About the directory
A local directory built for Kent
The Kent Business Directory helps people find local services, independent shops, venues and professional firms across Kent. It is built around towns, categories and practical guides so visitors can search in a way that matches how they actually look for local help.
Businesses can submit a free listing through a customer account, which is reviewed before publication. To help people find local services from day one, we have also listed many Kent businesses from public open data. These are clearly marked as unclaimed, and owners can claim them for free to manage their details.
The directory does not sell promoted positions or claim that listed businesses are endorsed. Visitors should still make their own checks before booking, such as confirming qualifications, availability, prices and insurance where relevant.
