Business listings are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee publication, and listings may be rejected or removed if they are incomplete, misleading, irrelevant to Kent, unsuitable for the directory or otherwise problematic.

Reviews may be moderated before publication. Reviews should be based on genuine experience and must not include abusive, unlawful or intentionally misleading content.

The directory is provided as a discovery tool. A public listing does not mean the directory endorses, verifies or guarantees the business. Visitors should make their own checks before making enquiries, bookings or purchases.

The site may change, remove or update content and features as the directory develops.
