An exceptional dental practice. The full team are always so kind and efficient giving the best care in routine or emergency circumstances. Margaret on reception is always so lovely and supportive. My 3 year old son chipped his tooth and we were seen straight away. The care was outstanding with such compassion and kindness, to make it as positive as possible for my son. I was also seen with a same day appointment for a wisdom tooth infection, with the extraction done immediately and in less than 20 minutes. A stressful and potentially very painful process was expedited in a rapid and ultimately pain-free process by Dr Prakash Promod. Thank you for taking such brilliant and kind care of our family.

I had a couple of bad experiences with a previous dentist, which left me feeling extremely anxious and lacking confidence about going to the dentist. A relative recommended Alban City Dental, and although I travelled all the way from Leicestershire, it was absolutely worth the journey. I also have to be honest and say that I hadn’t been looking after myself properly, and as a result my teeth had suffered the consequences. This made me feel even more embarrassed and nervous about seeking treatment, but I was never made to feel judged in any way. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel so welcome and at ease. The whole team were warm, friendly and genuinely caring, which immediately helped to put me at ease. My first appointment was with Dr. Prakash, who was incredibly kind, understanding and reassuring. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. My treatment included extractions, and I had always believed I would need sedation to get through them. Thanks to Dr. Prakash’s calm, gentle approach and reassurance, I felt confident enough to go ahead without it. I then had root canal treatments, crowns and bridges completed by Dr. Christina, who was equally kind, patient and reassuring. From start to finish i was so impressed by all of the kind, helpful, happy staff at Albany City Dental Practice. Rachael on Reception is wonderful and always extremely helpful and made me feel at ease, she is a great asset to the team. I had a veneer that broke so went to see Dr Emma Foord, she went through all options with me as I wanted 6 new ones on the top front. She went through the costs and we then had a plan of action. Never once did Emma try to guide me into the most expensive route, she was honest, professional, personable, friendly and genuine right from the start. Emma was relaxed, happy, helpful and explained the whole process in every session whilst i was in the chair, she put me at ease and made my experience much more relaxed than i was feeling inside. I have to say that I am extremely happy with the result of my new Veneers and the whitening treatment of the other teeth, i now smile with confidence! I would highly recommend Albany City Dental.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Dr Sarah Lee and Dr Harshil Patel highly enough. I have been under the care of Dr Sarah Lee for nearly two years, using aligners to straighten my teeth, and the results have been excellent. Throughout my treatment, she has been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, always taking the time to explain the process and ensure everything was progressing as planned. I am delighted with the improvement in my smile. More recently, Dr Harshil Patel removed old veneers and a crown, and installed temporary teeth while I await my final veneers. From start to finish, his work has been exceptional. He is incredibly patient, professional, and reassuring, with great attention to detail. The temporary teeth look fantastic and have given me confidence while waiting for the final treatment to be completed. Both dentists have shown outstanding skill, care, and dedication throughout my treatment. They have always made me feel comfortable and well-informed, and the quality of their work has been first class. I had both teeth whitening and a dental implant completed here, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The care and professionalism throughout my treatment were outstanding, and everything was explained clearly every step of the way. The dental assistants were fantastic—friendly, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable during every visit. The reception staff were also incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile, making every appointment a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience!
