Thank you so much for making our big day so incredible. The team arrived on time, kind, friendly and professional, the bus was gorgeous, and we had kept the bus a surprise and the guests were totally thrilled. Overall experience easy to book and arrange, great communication. Our driver Barry was lovely too. Now looking for an excuse to hire again! Will recommend to everyone. THANK YOU!!!

Left waiting outside the church on our wedding day….avoid!!! We hired a classic London Routemaster double-decker bus for our wedding transport through London Classic Bus Hire Ltd (run by Brian Jones Bus & Coach Hire) and couldn’t be more disappointed with their service. The bus was due to collect our guests from the church at 2:30pm. As the minutes passed and there was still no sign of it, we repeatedly tried calling the driver and the company, but nobody answered. What should have been one of the happiest moments of our wedding day quickly turned into stress as we stood outside the church with all our guests not knowing what was going on or whether the bus was ever coming. After waiting around 35 minutes with no communication at all, we had no choice but to arrange Ubers for everyone to get them to the reception venue. It was only at 3:25pm — 55 minutes after the agreed pick-up time — that the driver finally called to say he had only just finished a previous job and would still be another 30 minutes away. That would have meant the London wedding bus arriving nearly an hour and a half late! For a wedding, where the entire day is carefully timed around drinks, food, speeches, photographers and guests, this is simply not acceptable. Instead of celebrating with our friends and family after the ceremony, we spent that time desperately trying to sort out transport and worrying about whether our reception was going to be disrupted. Marc the driver was friendly, professional and punctual. He is a skillful driver in negotiating busy roads and very tight corners. The coach was very clean and comfortable. Brian Jones Bus & Coach Hire understood my request for their service and then provided prompt responses to my subsequent queries. Highly recommend their services to potential customers.

Used this for our wedding bus. The service was prompt and the team carried our requests for serving alcohol to guests. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the bus was happy to wait in each location to allow for photos etc. Would definitely recommend!
