Charlotte Fraser BA Hons, Dip. NNP, Dip. AIT, mANP is an award-winning Registered Naturopath and Naturopathic Nutritionist with over twenty-five years' experience in health, nutrition and wellness. Based in Chilham, near Canterbury in Kent, she works with clients locally, throughout the UK and internationally. Charlotte is regulated by the General Naturopathic Council and is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP). At Charlotte Fraser Naturopathic Nutrition, we take a holistic, personalised and evidence-informed approach, exploring the wider factors that may influence health and wellbeing. Particular interests include digestive and gut health, the gut-brain axis, stress, hormones, energy and mood. Where appropriate, Charlotte uses advanced functional laboratory testing, including gut microbiome testing, DNA genetic testing and food sensitivity testing. Validated assessments including PHQ-9, GAD-7 and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) may also be used to provide a broader picture of wellbeing and monitor change over time.

Charlotte Fraser, is truly amazing, extremely insightful person. Who knew exactly, my thoughts, attentions and goals were, from the very start. She really throughly analysis's your situation, through an indepth questionnaire, and goes through it with you step by step. Her patience and kindness goes beyond words. In no time, she knew the problem. It took only took 2 sessions, and we both quickly, got to the root cause. I began to heal immensely ever since then!
