We had a very nasty roof joint leak from a poorly done previous job. Cradduck Roofing were fast to respond visit and even fit the job in before even more rain arrived. Reliable, fast and trustworthy workers. Even gave advice on how to better protect the roof and help with a regular maintenance so we don’t have the stressful issue again.

Mark replaced my entire roof and his dad completed the gutters and fascias. The work is genuinely excellent — everything looks clean, secure and finished to a really high standard. They managed a full roof replacement with a quick turnaround despite the awful weather, which I really appreciated. Good communication throughout and no hassle at all. Really pleased with the result and happy to recommend them.

Cradduck Roofing were exceptionally thorough and carefully reasoned in their pricing of my listed Kentish property, taking the time to understand the specific heritage requirements from the outset. They liaised closely with Heritage England throughout the entire process, ensuring every stage of the work met the necessary conservation standards. Their approach to value engineering was outstanding. They reviewed the complex material demands and construction sequence from first principles consultation, resulting in a solution that was both technically robust and cost-effective, right through to building control sign-off. It was a genuine turnkey project, managed seamlessly from start to finish. The work was delivered on time and even came in below my projected budget, an impressive achievement given the complexity of the property. The final result is excellent, will last for decades and I would highly recommend Cradduck Roofing for any heritage or specialist roofing project.

It's no over-exaggeration to say my experience with Cruddock Roofing is the best I've had with any tradesman before. This is a father and son business who genuinely care about doing a good job. Mark and his father were booked to replace my old flat felt roof on a property I had just bought. They exceeded my expectations in many ways. The price quoted was fair and competitive, they were always reliable in arriving when they said they would and they were able to help with an issue they discovered that was hidden behind the render on an exterior wall to the property involving some defective brickwork. There was a slight issue with a leak that damaged some ceiling plaster but I want to stress this was nothing to do with the quality of the work, it was linked to some ingress near a soil stack whilst the old roof was being removed. Mark came out the same day I noticed it to prop things up and then arrnaged for a plasterer to repair the damage. Really shows the care this business has for its customers. I have already recommended Mark to others, I am very pleased with my experience of using his business.
