Victor at K Charles always gives the best service, we have very tall crates to ship and Victor is always on hand to arrange a lorry and deliver. The service is always excellent and if i ever need help he's always there to support. Cant recommend enough.

We had some oak beams that needed delivering after the transport service we usually use let us down. I emailed for a quote and Kamil came back to me very quickly. The cost was good and the service was excellent. Kamil kept me updated throughout the process while also liaising with both the collection and delivery addresses and everything happened exactly as planned. Thanks

Very happy with the service we have received transporting cargo between sites in the UK. Our contact Victor was quick and helpful with responses to a couple of hurdles that came up on our clients side and made sure the collections and deliveries went smoothly.

The company failed to deliver my… The company failed to deliver my pallets and charged me £500. The company didn't bring the right pallet truck and then failed to deliver. Do not use this company, they should have offered a full refund. This was not adequate. Told them the pallets weighed a tonne. Didn't do their research or ask me what kind of pallets were used.
